PoSIG is Joint MA in Political Science – Integration & Governance
PoSIG is a joint two-year (120 ECTS) MA program covering all fields of Political Science. This Master programme gives students the unique opportunity to study in Austria, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Italy, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro. This 2-year course targets all international students who have completed their bachelor’s degree in political science or international relations and who have a certain level of methodology education. The PoSIG curriculum is also meant to be an opportunity to discuss the further development of the teaching standards in Political Science in Europe.
PoSIG as curriculum is offered from seven partner universities from Austria, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Italy, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Montenegro:

- University of Prishtina (UP)
- University of Montenegro (UMO) – in preparation
It offers modules in all areas of Political Science:
- Comparative Politics
- European Integration
- International Relations Public
- Administration and Policy
- Political Theory
The joint degree is awarded by all universities attended by a student during the two-year study programme. PoSIG combines knowledge about integration policies in a globalized world with knowledge about the needs for good governance necessary for the management of integration in domestic politics.
PoSIG students are committed to responsibility of the Next Europe Generation and supported in their carriers with internships at associated international organizations such as: www.rcc.org; www.cei.org; www.institut-ire.eu; www.unodc.org; www.rycowb.org and others.
PoSIG is not only teaching about European model of multilateral politics but is also a multilateral consortium of universities granting highest academic recognition and quality of teaching and management with European Accreditation by AQ Austria.
Currently, re-acreditation procedure is implemented by ZEvA- Germany.
The call for applications for the academic year 2024/2025 is open by 15 April 2024, conditioned by finalization of the accreditation procedure by ZEvA- Germany (decision expected in June 2024).

Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje (UKIM) can enroll students in all semesters starting with the academic year 2025/2026, upon completion of the national re-acreditation procedure.
