Blazhe Josifovski is an Associate Professor at the Institute for Sociological, Political and Juridical Research at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, where he teaches and conducts research in the fields of organisational sciences, business management, and human resource management. In addition to his academic work, he has extensive professional experience in public policy, environmental management, and the civil sector, gained through engagements with the National Democratic Institute, the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning, and a range of international and civil society organisations.
Josifovski completed his PhD in Organisational Sciences and Management at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje (2025), his Master's degree in Human Resource Management at ISPJR (2016), and his undergraduate degree in Political Science at the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" at the same university (2012). He is proficient in English (C2) and German (C1), and has furthered his professional development through several international scholarships and programmes, including the Goethe-Institut, the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) of the U.S. Department of State, and the Swedish Institute Academy for Young Professionals.
Throughout his academic career, Josifovski has participated in and led numerous national and international research projects, as well as a broad range of professional and applied activities, including projects related to resource management, social development, and organisational sciences. He has presented at domestic and international scientific conferences and symposia, and has published scientific and professional papers in domestic and international journals, conference proceedings, and scientific monographs, both as author and co-author.At the Institute, he teaches at the second and third cycle of studies the courses Management, Artificial Intelligence and Organisations, Business Communication in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, and Project Management.
