
Prof. Dr. Dragor Zarevski, a Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, was born in 1972 in Skopje. He earned his PhD with the defense of his dissertation titled Philosophy and Ethics of Contemporary Education at the Institute of Philosophy, Faculty of Philosophy, University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje in 2005. He is employed at the Institute for Sociological and Political-Legal Studies, University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje.
In 2019, he was appointed as a Full Professor in the academic fields of Philosophy of Politics and Ethics. His research areas include: philosophy of politics, ethics, and philosophy of education.
Throughout his professional career, he has taught Philosophy of Education, Pedagogical Ethics, and Ethical Education at the Faculty of Philosophy, UKIM, as well as Philosophy, Ethics, Aesthetics, and Logic at the Faculty of Pedagogy, University of Goce Delchev (UGD), and Professional Ethics at the Faculty of Informatics, UGD. He has also taught Ethics at the Faculty of Fine Arts, UKIM, and Philosophy, Ethics, and Epistemology at the Euro-Balkan University in Skopje.
He has held several positions and responsibilities, including: Vice-Rector for Teaching and Acting Rector at the Euro-Balkan University in Skopje; Member of the Council and Acting General Secretary of the Independent Academic Union (Naks); Member of the Board for Higher Education, Science, and Technological Development at the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts (MANU); President of the State Graduation Committee for the subject of Philosophy at the State Examination Center of the Republic of Macedonia. He is the author of numerous professional and scientific works and papers and has participated in many scientific conferences, seminars, research activities, and projects both in the country and abroad.
