Prof. Dr. Bojana Naumovska

Prof. Dr. Bojana Naumovska was born in 1983 in Skopje. She was appointed as a Junior Assistant in 2011, and ever since, she has been full-time employed at the Institute for Sociological, Political and Juridical Research in Skopje. In 2013, she was appointed to the academic rank of Assistant Professor in the fields of political parties and public opinion.

Naumovska graduated from the Faculty of Law “Justinian I” in 2005 from the Department of Political Science. She obtained her Master’s degree in Political Science in 2008 with the defense of her Master’s thesis on the topic: “Political Analysis of the Process of Introducing Religious Education in the Republic of Macedonia” at ISPJR-UKIM, and in 2011, she obtained a PhD in Political Science with the public defense of her doctoral dissertation on the topic: “The Influence of Electoral Models on Small Political Parties in the Republic of Macedonia” at ISPJR-UKIM.

Throughout her career, she has actively participated in the scientific research activities of the Institute, as well as in teaching activities in postgraduate studies in Political Science and Communication at ISPJR, as well as in doctoral studies in Sociology of Organization and Democracy in the Era of Globalization within the Doctoral School of the “St. Cyril and Methodius” University – Skopje.

She has published numerous scientific papers in the field of political science, in domestic and international scientific journals and publications, and continuously participates in domestic and international scientific meetings and conferences. She has participated in domestic and international projects, both as a team member and project leader.

Her areas of special scientific interest are: political parties, political systems, public opinion, media, and politics.
