Assistant MA Blazhe Josifovski is a Research Assistant in the fields of organizational science, business management, and human resource management at the Institute for Sociological, Political, and Juridical Research (ISPJR) at "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje. Regarding his professional experience, he has worked in the civil sector, government administration, and as a consultant.
He graduated in Political Science in 2012 from the Faculty of Law "Justinian I" at "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje. In 2016, he obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Institute for Sociological Political and Juridical Research at "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje. Since December 2020, he has been a student in the third cycle of doctoral studies in Organizational Science and Management at the Doctoral School of "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje.
Throughout his academic career and in his position as a Research Assistant, Josifovski has participated in scientific research projects, domestic and international scientific conferences, and other teaching, research, and professional activities. He has published scientific and professional papers in domestic and international scientific journals, conference proceedings, and scientific monographs, both as an author and co-author.
