Dr. Milka Dimitrovska

Dr. Milka Dimitrovska is an Assistant Professor in the fields of EU Law and Human Rights and Freedoms at the Institute for Sociological, Political, and Sociological, Political and Juridical Research at the “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje. She completed her studies in law at the Faculty of Law “Justinian I”, “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje, and later obtained a Master’s degree in Law of European Integration through the TEMPUS program at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, University of Belgrade. Dimitrovska obtained her PhD in International Law and Politics at the Faculty of Law, “St. Clement of Ohrid” University in Bitola, where she has also worked for several years as an Academic Assistant with significant teaching responsibilities.

She is the author of a number of publications, including the monograph “From Consociational to Majority Democracy in the Republic of (North) Macedonia.” She has a fifteen-year research career in the fields of European integration, human rights, democracy, and good governance, and has participated in every phase of research projects—from their conceptual stage to final implementation, including developing methodology, fieldwork, report preparation, analytical work, etc.
